TAILLEUR RESTAURANT

TAILLEUR was established in early 2020 by Heather White, who is the owner, designer, and creator.

The 3800-square-foot building is located at 3933 Main Street in midtown and has been inspired by Heather's love of food, history, and design. TAILLEUR is a unique and storied space that boasts atmospheric high ceilings, open dining spaces, and a kitchen surrounded by antiques and equestrian embellishments. The menu combines classic comfort food with simple and fresh European flavors. Everything at TAILLEUR, down to the plates, has a story to tell.

Across the street from TAILLEUR at 3940 Main Street, there is CHEVAL, a cocktail bar and lounge that opened recently. CHEVAL is a mighty small and intimate space with high ceilings and a hand-crafted cocktail list that guests can enjoy before dinner, along with small share plates or a hand-made dessert from the bakery, ENCHANTE. The word "Cheval" means "horse" in French.

ENCHANTE is Heather's third concept and is located just across from TAILLEUR and only two doors down from CHEVAL at 3934 Main Street. It is a small and intimate bakery that is filled with hand-crafted pastries, savory bites, and a case full of decadent desserts. The bakery opens its doors at 8 am for those heading into work, guests looking to grab a coffee to go, or for those who want to take a moment to sit and enjoy the Old World French decor that has become Enchanté.
