Established in early 2020 by owner, designer, and creator Heather White, TAILLEUR inhabits a 3,800-square-foot historic building at 3933 Main Street. Drawing upon Heather’s passion for food, history, and design, this warm, atmospheric space boasts soaring ceilings, an open dining area, and a kitchen framed by antiques and equestrian touches.
Under the culinary direction of Chef Jeffery Workman, TAILLEUR’s new “Modern French Movement” menu seamlessly blends classic French techniques with contemporary flavors, creating a dining experience that is as refined as it is inviting.

OUR COCKTAIL LOUNGE. Step across the street from TAILLEUR to discover CHEVAL, our intimate cocktail bar and lounge at 3940 Main Street. Its name, meaning "horse" in French, hints at the refined spirit within—high ceilings, thoughtfully crafted cocktails, and inviting small plates set the stage for our cozy escape. Unwind before dinner or indulge in a nightcap in this chic, welcoming hideaway.

Just across the street from Tailleur sits our beloved bakery, formerly known as Enchanté, now reimagined through a new partnership with Soli Deo Café. This fresh concept brings a renewed energy to the corner, with a warm and welcoming coffeehouse experience up front. Behind the scenes, the heart of the bakery remains unchanged: every pastry and baked good is still lovingly crafted by the original Enchanté team, under the continued ownership and direction of Heather White, founder of Tailleur. It’s the same dedication to quality, now with a new face out front.
